Carbon Black is a fine black powder produced through the incomplete combustion of hydrocarbons. It is widely used as a reinforcing filler and pigment in industries such as rubber, plastics, coatings, inks and specialty applications.
Classification by Manufacturing Process
Carbon black is classified by its manufacturing process, which determines its particle structure, properties and suitability for different industrial applications.
Furnace Carbon Black
Thermal Carbon Black
Acetylene Carbon Black
Classification by Application
Carbon black is classified by application based on its performance characteristics, making it suitable for uses such as rubber reinforcement, pigmentation and conductivity.
Rubber Grade Carbon Black
Pigment Grade Carbon Black
Conductive Carbon Black

Furnace Carbon Black is a high-purity elemental carbon material produced by the incomplete combustion of heavy petroleum oils in a furnace reactor. It consists of extremely fine carbon particles that form aggregated structures, giving the material a high surface area, deep black color and stable chemical composition.

Thermal Carbon Black is a carbon material produced through the thermal decomposition of natural gas in a high-temperature environment. It contains relatively larger carbon particles and a low structural arrangement compared to other carbon blacks, resulting in lower surface area and a softer powder texture.

Acetylene Carbon Black is a highly pure carbon material formed by the controlled decomposition of acetylene gas at high temperatures. It features extremely fine particles with a highly branched aggregate structure, resulting in high surface area, strong structural networks and very deep black coloration.
We deliver our carbon products using advanced, industry-compliant packaging systems designed to ensure product safety, purity and performance across global supply chains. Our packaging solutions are engineered to meet international transport regulations and modern industrial handling requirements.
